Requirements:
80% English writing and speaking (mandatory).
Experienced in the Tourism industry, Customer Service, and Wedding Services (required)
Knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Office) with an emphasis on Excel (required).
Excellent communication skills.

To reside in Cancun; the position of employment is located in Cancun's Hotel Zone
Responsibilities include:
Capability of solving problems & stressful situations.
Handle a high volume of emails.
Phone calls and reservations directly with our clients.
Handle large amounts of information
Managing and sharing agenda with on-site wedding coordinators, judges, and ministers.
Provide accurate information on wedding packages and Riu Hotels & Resorts services.
